Last night for new years eve we did fondue (as is our usual tradition). This year we have expanded that tradition to other holidays but they may not always stick. However, New Years will not change.

The menu included a sharp white cheese fondue served with grapes, apples, black olives, bread, salami and prosciutto, and for dessert spiced wine and dark chocolate with strawberries, and cheesecake balls ( L’s favorite I only do once a year).

We played board games, relaxed, and that pattern will continue today as we finish up board games we started last night. After a busy last week with family we are ready for quiet down time.
